Get to know knitting machine from purchase, assembly and overhaul
When purchasing a high-speed knitting machine, we must understand the meaning
of its parameters, with some important parameters as a reference for product
quality.
The parameters include:
1, the largest woven outer diameter
2, the number of braided wire
3, the highest speed
4, production speed
5, the range of pitch adjustment
6, the host motor power
7, noise
8, wire plate specifications
9, skeleton specifications
10, the total weight of the machine
11, equipment configuration
12. Scope of application
13, for braided wire
In the case of fully understanding the meaning of the parameters, it provides convenience for our future production, and also provides a guarantee for the high-speed knitting machine to fully exert its performance.
Some parts of the knitting machine, such as spindle brackets, sliding seats, etc., must be accurately distanced between the sliding seat and the lower ingot braiding line after repairing and disassembling or replacing new parts. It is recommended to first place a carriage and the upper spindle to run on the sliding turntable so that the lower braided wire is not hooked or cut by the carriage when it is guided from the swinging rod to the weaving point.
In the coarse adjustment, put the spindle on the two adjacent outer spindle supports, and guide the braided wire to the weaving point through the swinging rod, and press it tightly. When the braided wire enters or exits from the slot on the sliding carousel track, its distance to the edge of the upper carousel must be substantially equal. The adjustment of the distance can be achieved by changing the gear carrier forward or backward one or several gears. If you can't reach the precise adjustment distance by moving one tooth, you can fine-tune it by the following steps: Loosen the five fixing screws on the inner ring gear. Since the through hole is elliptical, the inner ring gear can be moved to achieve fine adjustment of the carriage. Tighten the screws after adjusting them in place. The rest of the carriage is evenly placed on the sliding circular track. If the swing height of the braided wire is different after the new pendulum is installed, it should be adjusted to have the same stopping point for all the pendulums.
